This is a very peaceful location, yet only 15 mins walk from the chair lift.

- Bedroom 1 with double bed and en-suite wc/shower room.

- Bedroom 2 with double bed, en-suite wc/bath/shower room, valley views and direct access onto the 1st floor balcony.

- Bedroom 3 with double bed.

- Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds and a bunk bed.

Bathrooms:

- En-suite wc/shower with heated towel rails to bedroom 1.

- En-suite wc/bath/shower (as above) plus velux windows to bedroom 2.

- En-suite wc/bath/shower (as above) for beds 3 and 4.

- Basement granite tiled shower with massage shower.

Kitchen:

Fully fitted Pogenpohl kitchen with black granite worktops, Siemens appliances, including large fridge freezer, oven, separate combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, halogen hob and extractor fan. Lots of cupboard space for food and provisions.

Utility Room:

Bosch washing machine and separate tumble dryer, sink and electric boot heater for 10 pairs of boots.

Living Rooms:

Lounge area with luxury leather sofa to seat 10 people, coffee table, open fire, large plasma TV with home cinema (5.1 surround sound) and Sky TV. Dining area with traditional dining table that seats 11.

There is a traditional sauna in the basement as well as a large entrance hall providing ample space for changing and storage of ski clothes. On the 1st floor there is also a separate lounge area with leather chaise and reclining chair and TV (DVD, Sky).

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:

A final cleaning charge of CHF250 is paid on arrival, when collecting the keys from Agence Les Masses (ALM). Bed linen is not included but can arranged directly with ALM. All beds have single duvets (2 for double beds). Guests should bring own towels.
